SHIPPING INFORMATION

We understand that once you place an order, you want to receive your items as quickly as possible. We process and ship all orders with priority. Below you will find our standard shipping timelines, costs, and important information regarding damaged items.


Estimated Shipping Times

Please always check the estimated delivery time listed in your order confirmation email. Actual delivery may vary based on product availability and supplier processing times.

  • In Stock at Vendor:
    Ships within 6-12 business days from the date of your order.

  • Drop-Ship Items (shipped directly from suppliers):
    Delivered within 14–28 business days.

  • Out-of-Stock Items:
    If an item is unavailable, we will notify you during order processing.
    You will receive an estimated lead time, and you may:

    • Cancel for a full refund, if the lead time is not acceptable; or

    • Keep the order, in which case we will update you regularly.

  • Large / Heavy / High-Value Items (over £100):
    Some items require special transportation to avoid customs or tax issues.
    These products typically ship within 4–5 weeks.
    After receiving your estimated shipping date:

    • You may cancel the order within 24 hours and receive a full refund if the timeline is not suitable.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Tracked & Insured Shipping: available for £4.99.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Damaged / Physically Hit Parcels (48-Hour Reporting Window)

If your parcel arrives damaged, visibly hit, crushed or with any physical impact, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@decorar.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Photos of the outer box, showing the damage

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Your order number

Once we receive this information, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged-on-arrival items.
Please do not return the parcel without contacting us first.
